The Billboard Trending 140: April 2016

@localnatives hit #2 on the Top Popular Debuts with “Past Lives” during the month of April. The song is their first release in three years since their 2013 album “Hummingbird”.

@Meghan_Trainor’s “No” is #10 on the Top Popular Tracks from April 4-11. The song was released in March and is off her album “Thank You”, out on May 13. Pentatonix (@PTXofficial) covered “No” and Meghan took to Twitter to share her praise.

@LittleMix is #1 on the Top Popular Tracks with “Hair” during the week of April 11-18 and #4 during the week of April 18-25. “Hair” was originally on their album “Get Weird” from November 2015. The revamped version features Sean Paul (@duttypaul) and was released on April 15 with a music video on April 20.

“I Remember” by @AlunaGeorge is #2 on the Top Emerging Tracks for the week of April 18-25. The song, with collaborator @flumemusic, is the title track from her upcoming album.

“True Colors” by @Zedd and @KeshaRose is #1 on the Top Popular Tracks for April 25-May 2, along with #5 on the Top Popular Debuts for the month of April. They first performed the song during @Zedd’s set at Coachella.
