Because it’s Valentine’s Day, love is in the air, and in the Twittersphere. It inspires us to capture the creative ways people use Twitter to express their love.
In 2013, people used Twitter to say “I love you” in 481 million Tweets and 116 languages.
In fact, more than 481 million Tweets said “I love you” in 116 languages in 2013.
We looked at which countries tweet those three words most often, and here’s what we found:
1. Israel
2. Sweden
3. Norway
4. Spain
5. Hungary
