@NASCAR’s new elimination playoff format begins this coming Sunday at 2 p.m. ET on @ESPN at Chicagoland Speedway. Follow along on Twitter as we take you behind the scenes for the 10 most important races of the year.

Sixteen Chase-eligible drivers will have to survive three elimination rounds and a first-to-the-finish finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway on Sunday, November 16. There’s more on the Chase here, and the field is set:

You’ll want to follow drivers competing for the championship. Here’s where to find and follow Chase drivers.

Every NASCAR must-follow list starts with six-time champ Jimmie Johnson (@jimmiejohnson), but don’t miss these stars: the always-entertaining Brad Keselowski (@keselowski); 11-time Most Popular Driver Award winner Dale Earnhardt Jr. (@DaleJr); the man they call “Rowdy” – Kyle Busch (@KyleBusch); and this year’s youngest Chase competitor, 24-year old Joey Logano (@JoeyLogano).
