While Oakland Athletics (@Athletics) star Yoenis Cespedes (@ynscspds) was busy launching baseballs all over Citi Field at Monday night’s Home Run Derby, fans were also tweeting about him more than any other contestant in the annual slugfest.
According to these charts provided by @MLB, Home Run Derby winner Cespedes racked up over 80,000 more mentions than the second-place finisher (of both the actual contest and the Twitter mentions count), the Washington Nationals’ Bryce Harper (@Bharper3407).
